With nearly two decades of experience in the healthcare industry, Senthilkumar Selvaraj has been dedicated to advancing patient wellness. Throughout his career, he held key roles at leading healthcare companies—Cipla, AstraZeneca, and GE Healthcare—where he gained expertise in pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, and medical technologies. This background instilled in him a deep understanding of patient needs, as well as the gaps in available treatments.
When his wife developed varicose veins post-delivery and struggled to find relief despite trying various compression stockings and treatments, Senthilkumar felt both helpless and driven. He knew there had to be a better way to offer support and comfort for those suffering from this condition. Drawing on his extensive healthcare experience, he launched Medtex—a brand focused on delivering premium-quality compression stockings designed to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and restore confidence.
